You can place orders from 6 PM Sundays to 10 PM Tuesdays. Orders can be picked up every Friday at St Peter’s Episcopal Church, 925 Mitchell Street in beautiful downtown Conway, Arkansas.

What can I say? These are the best tasting hot dogs out there. They are 100% real beef from our herd of Naturally-Raised Angus cattle that are Grass-Fed and Spring-Watered. We don't put organ meat in these Dogs. Nothing but extra lean cuts of top quality beef. Try them. If you don't just love them, I will give you all of your money back. (A little bird told me that they're super fantastic when you serve them "Chicago style".)

A wonderfully flavored Cajun sausage with no MSG's. Great for gumbo or grilling. Our hogs are fed milo based feed and rotated seasonally onto new grass pastures. We don’t slop or feed a lot of corn so they aren’t fatty. No steroids or hormones. We use apple cider vinegar as a natural antibiotic. Our hogs are raised from birth on our farm so that we know exactly what feed goes into them.

A large, thick and silvery leaf, this plant has a long history of being used in bitter formulas and also has shown to support the regulation of cholesterol in the body. Tincturing the plant is the best way to make the most of it. Add in some organic orange peel or some of our organic green fennel seeds to add more flavor and to further support the digestive system. A little goes a long ways, as all you need is a tiny taste of bitters pre- or post meal to help you digest your food better!
