These nice okra are from plants purchased from Lowes and put in the ground with manure and watered with well water that is rich in minerals. The plants are growing and producing beautifully, more okra every day. Nathaniel loves to grow and pick it; but when it comes to eating it, well he would prefer to sell it or give it away to folks who have developed a more appreciative taste for it. (Mom, did you HAVE to boil it so it would be slimy?) Anyway, I’m listing it for those who know how to cook it right. Thanks and enjoy.
