Dear Conway Locally Grown Community,

The 5th Annual Conway Seed Swap and Local Foods Festival is this Saturday, March 30 at the Faulkner County Museum, beginning at 1pm. There will be a celebration of Faulkner County History and Future by attracting youth to the important issues of local sustainable food production based in tradition and innovation.

Fundraiser for the Faulkner County Museum – 5$ donation fee for bands, Seed Swap free

Co-sponsored by the FC Museum, CAAH!, FC Library, UCA Anthropology Club, Conway Locally Grown, La Lucha Space, FC Urban Farm Project, Arkansas Local Food Network

There will be booths for the various sponsors with educational information about and demonstrations of traditional sustainable living techniques of Faulkner County and central Arkansas.

Seed Swap and Museum Open House: 1 – 3PM; Hands-on demonstrations of traditional subsistence skills from central Arkansas. Live music beginning at 2pm and continuing into the evening.
