I love the market this time of year – so many yummy veggies to choose from. I love to throw them all in a pan with olive oil, fresh herbs, and some spices. Cook them just barely tender and put them on top of rice or pasta – so fresh and healthy! And don’t forget the berries. Get fresh strawberries and blueberries while you can!
