Happy New Year to all,
I’m sure many folks are traveling or hosting family during the holiday period, and enjoying some much-needed time off work. Winter is a slower time for many growers, but there is always work to be done and animals to be fed. Even though it’s cold outside, this is garden planning time: a time to think about what we will plant in the spring, what worked well last year, what didn’t, and maybe to order seeds of a new or unusual variety. It’s an exciting time of the year when we can dream a little and hope for our best harvest ever!
