Good afternoon,
Looks like we may be getting another round or two of wintry weather this week, but nothing to affect our Friday market. Thanks to all our growers that will be tending crops and animals in the cold and wed conditions. Stay safe.
Even though we’re still in winter, this is the time of year vegetable seeds are being planted indoors. One grower I spoke with on Friday mentioned planting over 5,000 onions! Imagine the amount of bending over that entails! Looking forward to all the wonderful products being planned, planted, and tended locally!
