Opening Bell: Cucumbers, Honey, Tamales, Squash!

Good afternoon!
Love this time of year with all the delicious Squash! And it’s time to make Dill Pickles with all the Cucumbers available now. Last year I made some of my world famous Wickles (wicked hot Pickles) using Zucchini instead of Cucumbers. I couldn’t tell any difference at all. Try it!

Tamales! Also on Friday, we welcome back Doña Estela and her amazing homemade Tamales! She will make them Friday morning and have them at market Friday afternoon. They will be 5 for $7 in 3 flavors: Pork, Chicken, and Jalapeño & Cheese. To get an idea of how many she should prepare, please add a note to your order, or text me at 501-339-1039. If you do that, she will have your Tamales labeled for you. She will bring extras too. They freeze well so get some for several meals.
