Good afternoon!
Summertime temps already, after a mild winter. Has anyone else noticed lots of ants this year? Ugh… I’ve heard from several Growers that Garlic is being harvested already! We should have several varieties being listed later this month. If it’s like other years, the Garlic will sell out quickly, so be vigilant. You can store it in your refrigerator for several months so stock up when it’s available. :-)

Cabbage! First of the year. Get some and try making sauerkraut. It’s easy. Ask me and I’ll send you the Youtube video I follow to make the best Kraut ever!

Maria will be at market Friday with a fresh batch of her awesome BBQ pulled Pork and Spinach Dip!

Tamales! Also on Friday, we welcome Doña Estela and her amazing homemade Tamales! She will make them Friday morning and have them at market Friday afternoon. They will be 5 for $7 in 3 flavors: Pork, Chicken, and Jalapeño & Cheese. To get an idea of how many she should prepare, please add a note to your order, or text me at 501-339-1039.
