Who is Healthy Flavors Arkansas?
HFAR is a “re-boot” of farming activity in the Lollie Bottoms west of Conway. For more than 100 years, the Harton, Staples and Spatz families have farmed commodity crops (cotton, soybeans, wheat, rice, feed corn) on 260 acres of fertile land, deposited by the Arkansas River over the eons.

Our Mission
To enhance the nutritional value of food available in Conway and Central Arkansas.

Our Purpose
We are building a community based farming operation focusing on sustainable farming practices and local economic relationships.
