Kefir Grains are a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast. Researchers believe Kefir originated near the north Caucasus Mountains thousands of years ago. They feed on the simple sugars found in dairy milk. The end result is full of probiotics that will help to improve gut health. It is generally as thick as a thin milkshake and tastes similar to yogurt, but has three times more probiotics.

You will receive 1 tbsp of milk kefir grains which is enough to make 1 pint of kefir. Your grains will grow over time and you’ll be able to make larger batches - forever!
