Jam Glazed Chicken

Crispy chicken that is savory and sweet!!!
6-8 pieces chicken, dark meat, bone-in
1/2 cup jam, your choice
sprinkle Beaverfork Blend or salt/pepper
Step by Step Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place chicken in a shallow, foil lined baking pan. Season with Beaverfork Blend.
- Warm 1/2 cup jam in microwave for approximately 30 seconds, until softened and fluid.Brush top of each piece of chicken liberally with jam.
- Put prepared chicken dish in oven and roast for 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into meat reads 165 degrees. Allow to rest 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!!!
