Jam Glazed Chicken

Crispy chicken that is savory and sweet!!!

6-8 pieces chicken, dark meat, bone-in      View Available Products
1/2 cup jam, your choice      View Available Products
sprinkle Beaverfork Blend or salt/pepper      View Available Products

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place chicken in a shallow, foil lined baking pan. Season with Beaverfork Blend.
  2. Warm 1/2 cup jam in microwave for approximately 30 seconds, until softened and fluid.Brush top of each piece of chicken liberally with jam.
  3. Put prepared chicken dish in oven and roast for 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into meat reads 165 degrees. Allow to rest 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!!!
