Opening Bell: Tomatoes, Peppers, Squash, Okra!

Here we are in August already. School will be starting back soon, but there’s still time to be ordering the season’s bounty and preserving it for winter use. I’ve been pickling 2 pints of figs everyday, and dehydrating bell peppers and cherry tomatoes every week. Also smoking jalapenos. These will taste very good as we get snowbound this winter, with above snowfall already forecast. Get ready!

Come early on Friday for the best selection from the EXTRAS table.
