It's hard to beat a good barbequed brisket, especially when it comes from naturally-raised, grass-fed Angus beef. Our livestock not only have plenty of pasture and spring water to keep them healthy, we never brand or use cattle prods on our animals. Not only is that the ethical way to raise beef, it also results in a higher quality cuts of meat. Taste the difference when you try our brisket! Smoke it or put it on the grill...or simply cook it in the oven (Marinate with your choice of seasonings overnight. In the morning, drain the marinade and sprinkle the brisket with Worcestershire sauce. Wrap in foil and bake at 250F for 6 hours. Unwrap brisket, pour a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce on top and return to the oven for an hour.
