Opening Bell: Lettuce, Honey, Peppers, Flowers!

Good afternoon!
Despite this summer heat, our Growers have managed to list some wonderful, locally grown produce this week. Take a look at over 500 items available now.

Have you always wanted to try canning? If so, now is a good time to try your hand at making pickles, jellies, or even pickled okra. Lots of easy and delicious recipes are available online. You can do it!

Here’s a unique opportunity: Do you know of someone, maybe a young couple, who is looking for some land so they can be homesteaders and produce some of their own food? We have a house that would be great for them. It’s a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch house on 1.8 acres on Acklin Gap Road, just 3 miles north of Conway. Most items are listed by 6pm Sunday, but check back again before the market closes Tuesday night to see if any other items are ready to be harvested for you! Eat fresh! Eat local! Eat for better health!
