These are sometimes described as "the world's most expensive pepper by weight", but that's not exactly true. These grow many tiny round golden peppers - small, but spicy. We refer to them as droplets of fire - hot, but small so you can pop one in your mouth for a few moments of excitement and survive. Very productive. These are sometimes difficult to germinate from seed. This one is still a small sprout but should take off once planted.

This is a Malaysian pepper with an elongated shape and heat level a little hotter than habaneros (it's hot!). A personal favorite - makes wonderful dried powders and is good fresh, too! We overwintered one from last year and it's already fruiting for 2024.
