Press more for recipe! A lovely turnip for fresh eating or cooking. Naturally Grown at Five Acre Farms in Bradford, AR. No synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides. RECIPE Preheat oven to 375° Cut top and bottom off turnips and, if necessary, cut them in half or quarters to make roughly 2" pieces (the size of a small turnip). Boil them. When easy to pierce, put them on a towel and squish them flat with a fork. Let them drain for a few minutes Brush with olive oil mixed with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Set on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15min on one side and 10min on other (brush with olive oil and sprinkle more cheese after turning if desired). Crispy, cheesy, goodness!!!
