Our Grapes are grown organically by Maria and Antony. Grape Jelly tastes just like your great grandmother made it and can be used with many breads, biscuits or toast or even as a pie filler. Yummy!

As with all my products, an old fashioned recipe with a slight twist. Made with jalapeño and colored bell peppers, it's a slightly spicy sweet jelly favored over cream cheese with crackers. HOWEVER, many of my customers buy to use as a lovely brush marinade over meat such as shrimp on the grill, pork loin in the crock pot, or meat loaf. Also good as a healthy substitute in the wok with broccoli and beef! I don't use dyes, and try to purchase chemic free peppers when possible. Cranberry juice is the sweet flavor!

As with all my products, an old fashioned recipe with a slight twist. Made with jalapeño and colored bell peppers, it's a slightly spicy sweet jelly favored over cream cheese with crackers. Brand new! I purchased the mayhaws from Norphlet, AR. Mayhaws are a wild fruit that grow on the banks of rivers and streams in southern AR, northern LA, and eastern TX. Because they're wild, there are no chemical sprays on them, and they're harvested by placing sheets under the bushes and shaking the fruit free. There are mayhaw festivals in El Dorado and northern Louisiana every year. When cooked down (twice), the juice has a slight rosy hue, and the flavor is a tart/sweet combination. It's been so popular that I haven't been able to keep up with production of it to post it on CLG until this week!
