Be the first to get your lips on these! Do you realize how much healthier buffalo is than beef? (We raise moo moos too, however, we have to spill the beans.) One cup of ground beef, for instance, has around 20 grams of fat. That same cup of buffalo - less than 3 grams of fat. We ain't kidding ya!
