Native American Indian wisdom tells us that we are to treat God's animals with respect, and we take that part of our job seriously. That may mean doing things the hard way, but we think that our ethically raised beef is a higher quality product because of the extra TLC we give our livestock. And because they're naturally raised, they give us cuts of beef that are lower in total fat, higher in vitamins and minerals, and loaded with Omega-3 fatty acids.
